Buying a Painting
The paintings posted are photographed to pure white and black and then color-corrected in Photoshop to appear as close to the original as possible. This is all possible thanks to my friend and photographer, KC Ramsay who offers his generous (and ongoing!) professional advice on ‘how to’ do copy work. Of course, viewing a painting online is not the same as seeing the real thing, which is why I offer a money back guarantee on any painting purchased directly through my site.
If you happen to see a painting that you like in the Archives (sold) sections, please give me a call. I may have something similar for sale, or we could discuss a commission. I’ve written some thoughts on ordering a commission here.
Shipping
Shipping costs are included in the sale price if you live in the United States. If you live outside of the U.S. and you plan to purchase a painting, please contact me at sharon@sharonbass.com or (919) 906-1334 so that I can arrange for your preferred shipping method. I am happy to wrap, box, and provide an estimate for shipping.
My Studio
My studio is located in Raleigh, NC on the corner of Churchill and Nottingham roads. I’ve taken over the bonus room upstairs and enjoy great light upstairs, coffee down. Please call me if you’d like to stop by and see paintings in-progress or discuss a commission.
Decorators
If you live locally, and you are a licensed interior designer, you are welcome to take out painting(s) on approval.
